Jalisco health authorities have mapped out risk factors of Covid-19 contagion for the entire state.
Chapala appears among the 78 municipalities colored in dark blue to indicate zones with high numbers of cases.
As of December 3, 276 cases of the disease and 15 deaths have been confirmed in Chapala since the outbreak of the pandemic. Ixtlahuacán de los Membrillos, with 391 cases and 18 deaths, is also listed in the high-risk category.
