Sébastien Moffett, the diplomat who took charge as Guadalajara’s latest Canadian Consul and Senior Trade Commissioner last month, spent a full day getting acquainted with the Chapala area on Friday, September 5.
His itinerary included a courtesy visit to the Lake Chapala Society, where Executive Director James Burns and Board Secretary George Radford guided him on a full tour of the grounds and facilities while providing an overview of the wide range of LCS programs and activities.
