The United States Consular Agency in Puerto Vallarta,
in conjunction with the USNORTHCOM Humanitarian Assistance Program and Civil Protection in Jalisco and Colima, has delivered seven wheelchairs for children with cerebral palsy and other disabilities.
The ceremony was presided over by U.S. Consular Agent Kelly Trainor, Jalisco Fire and Civil Protection Commander Luis Arturo García Pulido and U.S. Northern Command representative Gordon Owen.
