The Anthony Hervey Quartet restarts the New York Jazz All-Stars program following the Easter break.
Patti Smith, the 77-year-old Chicago-born singer, poet and activist, has brought a unique audiovisual project and sensory experience, involving sound, film, installation and performance, to Guadalajara within the framework of the International Music Fair (FIMPRO).
Mexican composers
Young guest conductor Ines Rodriguez heads up a program of Mexican composers in the Jalisco Philharmonic’s fourth presentation of the year: Armando Lavalle, Dora Vera, Jose F. Vasquez and Carlos Chavez.

“Correspondences” is an ever-evolving project between Soundwalk Collective and singer/poet Patti Smith. Spanning over 10 years, it traverses a wealth of geographies and their natural environments, where the artists have uncovered sonic steps left by poets, filmmakers, revolutionaries, and the impact of climate change.
