Elegante is offering a Christmas Eve buffet with seatings at 4 and 6:30 p.m. The menu is roast turkey with giblet gravy, ham with Bourbon brown sugar glaze and pork loin with shrimp stuffing, mashed and sweet potatoes, stuffing, grilled asparagus, shrimp cocktail, cranberry sauce, pasta salad, garden salad bar, antipasto bar, carved beef with rolls and horseradish, Caesar salad made to order with assorted desserts for 650 pesos.
