Andares development to kick on

At least five new high-rise buildings are planned for the plush Andares zone of Zapopan at the convergence of Avenida Patria and Acueducto.  Work on the first tower block, the 25-storey The Landmark, will begin during the second semester of the year at a cost of 220 million dollars,  The building will include luxury residences, offices and a hotel.  Other projects include the 30-story Lobby 33 and the 29-storey Attala building, with work on both slated to begin later this year.
