Various musicians will be performing at a free concert at the Foro de La Vela at the west end of the Chapala Malecon, Saturday, May 20, beginning 2 p.m.

Ballet folklorico

The Ballet Folklorico of Chapala presents “Los Rusticos,” Saturday, May 13, 6 p.m. on the esplanade of the Centro Cultural Ajijic, as a homage to mothers.

Artists salon series

360 Xochi Quetzal and the Garden of Dreams will host a monthly salon series, Artists Together/Artistas Juntos, every month.

Bare Stage

Lila Wells directs the cast of Don Beaudreau, Mark Donaldson, Robbin Moore and Darlene Sherwood - two of whom play multiple roles - in the comedy “Later Life” by A.R. Gurney.

Jocotepec arts

Friday, April 21 and Saturday, April 22, the Jocotepec Casa de Cultura, Municipal Library and the main plaza will be the stage for poetry, workshops on cartoons and puppets for children, book presentations, artists discussing their vision and marketing, and storytelling.
