Free concert
Sunday, July 21, 12:30 p.m., the jazz group Maraku-Jazz presents a concert with the most recent of its musical repertoire at the Centro Cultural Gonzalez Gallo in Chapala.
The trio was formed in Guadalajara in 2022 with an “acoustic” sound. Instead of drums, they use a flamenco cajon, which gives it a warmer, more intimate and personal sound.
MarakuJazz is made up of three talented musicians from the Guadalajara scene: Joel Aguilar on electric guitar, Emiliano Casillas on electric bass and Emiliano Huerta on flamenco cajón. On this occasion they will be joined by special guest Jorge Mónaco on piano and voice.
