Although American Legion Post 7 in Chapala has been closed to the public for a month or so, the officers and some members have been keeping themselves busy.

Although Open Circle has suspended its weekly program at the garden at Lake Chapala Society, each week it is highlighting a different video of a past presentation.

St. Andrew’s Anglican Church will meet Sunday, May 3, 10 a.m., via Zoom for morning prayer with music and sermon. Please email the church if you wish to receive a Zoom invitation.

A series of traditional festivities normally keep lakeside communities buzzing with activity from the end of April through mid-May. This year the typical hullabaloo will be absent, or at least greatly subdued, as a side effect of the cresting Covid-19 pandemic.

St. Andrew’s Anglican Church will meet Sunday, April 26, noon, via Zoom for coffee hour, and Tim will teach us some new music for Morning Prayer, so that we can sing along at home. Beginning Sunday May 3, we will meet at 10 a.m. via Zoom for Morning Prayer with music and sermon.
