Karl Bushby has spent 21 years walking around the world. An ex-paratrooper from the United Kingdom, walking adventurer and author, he is still attempting to be the first person to completely walk an unbroken path around the world.
Bushby’s trek is known as the Goliath Expedition.
Bushby will visit Guadalajara and give two talks about his adventures on Wednesday, January 22 and Thursday, January 23, 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Foro Periplo. On the first evening he will talk about his walk through the Americas, while his sojourns in Asia will be the focus of the second evening’s presentation. The cost is 200 pesos for one talk; 300 pesos for both.
Bushby wrote a book about his experiences in 2005, and was the subject of a National Geographic documentary.
